CARPLS Helpdesk for Evictions and Consumer Issues

To receive assistance with evictions or consumer issues, you must first discuss your case with an attorney from the Coordinated Advice & Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS) either by calling 312.738.9200 or by visiting the helpdesk on the Concourse Level in room CL-16 of the Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington St. (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to determine if a referral to GCLC’s program is appropriate.
