Ina Winston is an immigration and guardianship attorney at the Pilsen Office. Ina has wide-ranging experience in immigration law, including experience with family-based petitions and adjustments, VAWA petitions and adjustments, U-visa adjustments, deportation defense, and appeals. Ina also serves as guardian ad litem for disabled adults in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Ina previously worked in various roles within the Law Department of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, including acting as the head assistant attorney for nine years. Ina is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is a 1994 recipient of the Superior Public Service Award. For over a decade, Ina has performed pro bono immigration services and has presented immigration workshops across the city. Ina graduated, cum laude, from the DePaul University College of Law and has been licensed in Illinois since 1971.
