You Can Volunteer

Positions for Legal and Non-Legal Work

Whether you’re a seasoned attorney or you’ve never come anywhere near the field of law, we can use your help. Our volunteer needs fluctuate, but we are almost always in need of volunteer and pro bono attorneys, law student interns, college interns, and administrative assistance. Even if you don’t think you’re a great fit for one of those roles, feel free to submit your resume, and we'll contact you if we have a position in the future!

Sign up to volunteer, and we'll find a position that works for you. We cover a wide range of case types, from domestic violence to guardianships to foreclosure defense to criminal records. We also offer a wide range of volunteer types, from assisting at an advice desk to taking on a pro bono case for full representation.
Want to see what real attorney work is like? You've come to the right place. Our law student interns get first hand experience working on cases and with clients.
Everyone and anyone else who is interested in volunteering should join our volunteer network and complete their profile. We're often looking for a variety of talents, from administrative work to technical support to graphic design. Want to give your talents back to the community? We'd be happy to partner!

"A highlight of my legal career"

L. Bradley Schwartz, Volunteer

"For me, volunteering at the Clinic has been a highlight of my legal career. Having represented sophisticated corporate entities for decades, it’s refreshing to take on cases that have such immediate and personal significance to the client.

When I can use my abilities to represent people who deserve and appreciate my efforts, it reminds me why I went to law school in the first place.”
