Rodney Perry, Secretary

Rod is a partner at Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP (RSHC) where he represents clients in complex civil litigation matters. Rod has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels and has represented clients in a wide range of business and commercial disputes across the country, with a special emphasis on commercial real estate litigation, class actions, consumer protection defense, and employment litigation. Before joining RSHC, Rod was partner at Bryan Cave LLP, where he started his career in private practice following a clerkship for the Hon. Catherine D. Perry in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Rod received his JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and his BA from Tennessee State University.

Coming from humble beginnings, Rod feels a personal obligation to use his talents and resources to lend a helping hand to those from disadvantaged communities, much like where he grew up, and he can think of no better way to do so than by supporting the great programs and services provided by GCLC.

In his spare time, Rod enjoys traveling, running short-distance marathons, and spending time with family.
