Erin Felchner, Member

Erin is a Partner in the Real Estate group at Sidley Austin LLP. She represents institutional investors, commercial banks, investment banks, and opportunity funds in complex single- and multi-asset financings of commercial real estate. She also represents purchasers and sellers in sale-leaseback transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions, as well as landlords and tenants in leasing matters.

Erin serves on Sidley’s Pro Bono and Public Interest Law Committee. She joined the GCLC Board in 2020 to support its mission to provide quality legal services to underserved communities.
